While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors such as:

In such cases, updates will be communicated via email.

For orders shipped outside Europe, customs fees or import duties may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

As all items are produced individually, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

• The order may be returned to the supplier
  
• Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
